Plumbing Today

Several years ago I used this company to do a liner for my whole house. What I thought was taken care of and done right has now been shown to be false with the use of a camera from a different plumbing company. Not only did they not do a full liner, they did a very poor job on the liner they did install. I had several problems after they lined my house and they had to come out multiple times to fix things from their work. After the 2nd time they had to redo the liner, they assured me it was completed and fixed. And they showed me video of the job completed. Well, I just saw with my own eyes while the new plumbers had their camera down the main line that this company lied to me. They didn't line the whole house and only lined about 10 foot! And I paid for front to back. Very sad.

Adam J. installed a new water heater and toilet at our home on Thursday, October 23rd. Adam was great! He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and got the job done quickly. He even fixed another toilet in our house at no charge. Great guy, great service!

Ismael was great!!! Our irrigation pipe burst on a Friday afternoon. Ismael came out to fix the issue. He made our emergency a priority. The service was fast and the price was fair. Ismael seemed to really care. He even provided valuable advice.I would definitely call Plumbing Today again for my plumbing needs.

My experience with Plumbing Today has left me torn. On the one hand, their service was efficient in installing county water when our well broke. On the other hand, there were some significant issues that I cannot overlook. The good The techs were kind and answered all of my questions. Initially, they came out to do the job quickly, and the cost was competitive. The bad. A job that should have taken a day took four. I was told by the tech they did not need me there to test the water, and it was okay for me to go to work. This turned out not to be true. Next, I am a member of their Today Care Plan, which states 20% off all services in the pamphlet. Yet we did not get the 20% off and got no clear reason as to why. They also spray-painted the line above the ground and seemed to have no regar

We hired Plumbing Today as our trusted plumbers for assistance in our bathroom remodel. They removed old material (demo and removal), ran new plumbing lines for a shower, converted our bath-shower combo to bath only. Finally, they installed a new bidet tankless toilet. They did all work on time and scheduled all inspections. .
