We hired Napier Unlimited, LLC (PlumbPro) to complete plumbing rough-in and final set-out work at our home. Over the course of several months, there were repeated installation problems, multiple return visits, and assurances that issues would be corrected. Despite this, the plumbing system was not functional. After the rough-in was represented as complete, the plumbing system was not fully operational. We were unable to move into the home because the water service and fixture installations were not functioning properly. Multiple attempts were made to have the issues addressed.
