I had a very disappointing experience with Plunkett’s. I signed up for a vole trapping service expecting them to resolve the problem — not just run a fixed two-week schedule and remove traps while activity was still present. Their own technician noted “fresh activity looked minimal” on the final visit, meaning the issue wasn’t fully resolved. After catching only three voles and removing the traps, I was told I would need to pay another $426 to restart the exact same service. I was also informed that their “30-day assurance” only applies if they catch nothing at all — something that was not clearly explained upfront.
