PNG Landscape Design

PNG landscaped my yard last October. Half the shrubs died and I have been emailing them since March. They always say they will replace the dead ones but never do. It’s not like they don’t come to my house. I use them for lawn care, Cutting every week and seeding and fertilizing monthly. The little jobs they are good at but beware of large expensive projects. They do not respond after they get the money. The photos show all the empty space where the shrubs did not grow.

HORRIBLE service. Avoid this company unless you enjoy wasting money. They destroyed our yard, broke multiple outdoor furniture pieces and completely cut through expensive power cords. Promised to replace everything yet never did. But they have nerve to still send a bill. Stay far far away.

PNG Landscaping was professional, courteous, and efficient. Provided some creative ideas to complete my 2 patios and retaining wall. Will utilize PNG for future landscaping and highly recommend. There were a few hiccups with material (life during COVID) but Lenny (owner) did everything to make up for it and I am completed satisfied.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I hired this company based on a recommendation and initially everything seemed promising. However, once the payment was made, the communication completely broke down. They do not return calls or messages, and any follow-up I’ve attempted over the past YEAR has been ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that disappears after being paid, especially when there are issues with the job. Customer service is virtually nonexistent, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them. Reliability and accountability are just as important as the work itself annd unfortunately, this company lacks both!

My roommate used to live next door on Bay Ave and she said that he has a great personality and she said that ,who ever keeps on posting horrible things about PNG you need to stop, and no one should be drinking on the job!!!!!
