Don’t hesitate to call this company! For several years we fretted over needing to replace most of our windows. The seal failed and they were really foggy, hazey, and cloudy. We had a couple estimates done for full window replacement and it was well over $30k!!! So we waited. Recently we came across this glass company that had great reviews. We reached out for information and within 10 days we had the estimate and installation complete. They listened to our needs and offered glass replacement and new balances at a very fair price, under $8k for all but 1 window. Every single member of the team we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. They respected our home, cleaned up after themselves and made our windows beautiful again. We are overjoyed! Thank goodness there is still business that believe in outstanding customer service. From the first phone call while experience with NW Glass was amazing. Very efficient, timely and so pleasant. All individuals I have encountered were awesome. Jeff and Mike - the best!!! We replaced a front door window on a new door with privacy glass. They sent me glass options and came to measure. A week later they have the glass, did a quality inspection and arranged installation. Service was great. Cleaned up and did a great job. It looks so good and much more private but let’s Light in. Love it. I have recommended PNW Glass to our contractor who did the renovations our home. I don’t think I will have any up coming glass needs but if I do I know where I will first. They were so cool to work with.

We switched out sliding glass doors for one large door. They helped us figure out which glass to pick and what hardware to pick. They were quick to answer any questions we had leading up to having the glass installed. They were here right on time and completed the job in a couple of hours, which is the estimated time they had given us. They were courteous and professional. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We had a shower door installed in our home. PNW quickly provided us with a quote and once we signed off on it, the glass was quickly ordered and installed within a week. Very smooth and painless process.
