Pocono Water Centers

Asked for a water filter system and they gave me a water softener system. I kept calling because the problem did not go away and no one would come out. Finally tested the water myself and found bacteria in my water. $1800 mistake.

Pocono Waters Centers just installed a water treatment system for my home and so far am completely satisfied. (Neutralizer and softener back to back). January 2022. The water testing and estimate was done by a very professional older gentleman named John. He answered all of our questions, and to top it off in chatting with him found out he was a Vietnam vet. Stand up guy. Did not feel like i was talking to a 'salesman.' Their testing came back very close to an independent test i have run at a water lab. No sales gimmicks. The install was done blazing fast, like an hour or so, and everything was explained to me on how the equipment works. GREAT job guys.

Another fine job by Pocono Water!! Needed new hot water tank. In and out!! They do great job and quickly!
