PODS Moving & Storage

Had a great experience at PODS thanks to Jabrail. I stopped by on a weekend and he immediately came over to help. He was very welcoming and already had my containers prepped. Friendly, patient, and very mindful about keeping my container safe. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares about customers. Great service.

Brian Kinney helped me get accomplished what the automated scheduling system was unable to do. I had scheduled two POD pick ups, but the system only recorded one. Brian was proactive with calling me to let me know he would get the pick up completed. He did what he said he was going to do. Then a second time I scheduled to pick up the final POD, it didn't get picked up either! I called Brian and explained what happened, and he said he would take care of it and scheduled it the next day. Once done, he even sent me a confirmation photo! I really appreciate Brian's excellent customer service and attention to details which is a true talent in this day and age. THANK YOU Brian for doing a great job!

Eric made my PODs experience easy and seamless. My driveway is narrow and it wasn’t easy placing the POD there. However, he is clever and easy to work with. With a few manuevers, he was able to place it and pick it up the next day! Friendly, professional, I would use PODs again. Thank you Eric!!!

I'm writing this review specifically in appreciation of the POD driver Eric Mazariegos. He was punctual when he dropped off my POD. He also stayed back to ensure I could open the shutter, which happened to be jammed due to my stuff leaning on it on the inside. He exerted himself considerably, and even tilted the POD until the stuff got dislodged, and we could open the shutter. I think he went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and I'd like to commend him for his stellar customer service!

Eric was on time, easy to work with professional and very skilled at driving his truck in my tight neighborhood and placing the POD! Thank you very much.
