I had an extremely dissatisfying experience with Poggenpohl Florida West, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Initially, we were enticed by their offer to have a designer come to our home and create a kitchen design that would cater to our dreams. Little did we know that this would turn into a complete nightmare. To start, we were asked to pay a hefty $500 fee for the privilege of having a designer work with us. We eagerly awaited the arrival of the designer, hoping to see our vision come to life. However, to our surprise, the design presented to us was completely off-base and not what we had requested.
