Worst professional service I have ever received. My yard and cement looks like a war zone. They have sent someone over to clean it up not even a one star job
Pointe Pest is always fantastic. We've used their services for 5 years in both ID and WA. We have a good sized house and their price is very reasonable. Bugs are gone and the one time they seemed to be more stubborn than usual, they came out and sprayed again. Ben is polite and friendly and gave me some good pointers on keeping little creepers out of our basement between services.
The technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection finding the hole they were coming in through and sealed it. He found empty traps and 8 desiccated rats. He took the broken traps back and re baited new ones. Excellent service.
Bri has serviced our house before and we always love having her back! She’s so friendly and cheerful and does a great job targeting our problem areas. Definitely recommend her!
Technician Erick was great. He’s newer but just from our interactions I can tell he takes pride in his work. Was very communicative and professional.
