Pointe Pest Control - Spokane

I live in the Spokane Valley. The same technician comes every time! His name is Aaron. He is so patient with me especially when I ask a lot of questions. He does an amazing job and is so friendly and polite. Shout out to Aaron! Wonderful company too!

Did not get the "on our way" text so was caught off guard. Also asked them to please please close all gates when done. They did not, I have dogs, kept them inside of course. Gates left open lead to escaped dogs. Techs need to understand customer requests are very important. They did not say they were leaving either, so no opportunity to speak to them.

All the staff we dealt with during this nightmare have been absolutely wonderful and understanding. Everybody was helpful. Courteous, professional and very informative from the very first phone call to schedule the estimate, the young man that came out to give us our estimate was very polite and helpful. And we felt comfortable leaving our home and possessions and the capable hands of Ben are spray technician. I would highly recommend this company and the Salem staff

Got to meet Neen today she was very professional and did a wonderful job. She even got under the house with no complaints and had a great attitude. Neen said she really enjoys her work and its a great fit for her. Very nice to hear that. Keep up that enthusiasm and hope to see her next time.

Good service didn't even know that Damon was here. Checked all the mouse boxes and traps. I recommend Pointe Pest Control and Damon as he did a good job. Our service was out of tri-cities
