Ryan at Pointer Roofing is extremely professional and very responsive. He was on our roof to assess the damage within 24 hours of us reaching out. He came back out to meet with our insurance adjuster. His crew had the roof replaced in less than a day, and the only evidence beside the new roof was the building permit.
