The exterior renovations also included re-framing of an entire wall, installation of several windows, and rebuilding the porch across the front of the house. His staff, to a person, was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I had by kitchen renovated in Aug. 2023 by Pokorn construction and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in home renovation. They completed the work ahead of schedule and only took payments as each part of job was complete, which gave me peace of mind after having dealt with other unreliable contractors in New Orleans. I cannot recommend Pokorn Construction enough. I am SO impressed with the work they performed on my house. Not only was the work done to impeccable standards, it was also completed early, and exactly on budget. They even mopped their way out of my house at the end! The amount of detail and care provided was outstanding! I needed to replace the double set of french doors in my master bedroom with windows and a single door, requiring him to completely remove the exterior wall and rebuild it from scratch.
