Polar Air & Heating is a great company! Bali is an amazing owner! The gave me a great price on my new Lennox HVAC system, & The installers - Erick, Isaac, & George were amazing and did such a wonderful job on my new HVAC system. They answered all my questions and concerns and made me at ease and happy about my new system! A++++!!!! Highly recommend

I contacted Polar Air and 4 other companies to replace our 23 year old AC and FAU heating units. Polar Air representative took the time to review all the details and discuss various options for our home and what would be best for overall comfort and cost savings. I was impressed by the their knowledge and their true desire to help my wife and I with right equipment. Their budget was the best and their installers were amazing as they finished when promised and left our home in perfect condition inside and out! I thank them for those overall incredible service and top of the line Lenox products. I will only do business with Polar Air!

We have had two of our A/C units replaced and serviced by Polar Air & Heating. They are efficient and we were extremely pleased with the service. They are a friendly and honest company, and we are pleased to use them. We highly recommend them. Memo and Isaac were great! They are knowledgeable and gave us a great price when compared to other companies. We have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

My husband and I moved from Midwest and wanted to replace 2 units of AC, 2 units of heating system and install AC in the garage on the house we bought here. I called several companies, and I ended up choosing Polar Air. Out of 3, one of them tried to scam us being senior and new in the town. We picked Polar Air because of the service manager, Memo. He would do “whatever it takes” to satisfy customers. If we have any concerns/questions related to systems and services, he is there for you. Their service and professionalism are great, we don’t have to worry because they would take care of you as their own family. We highly recommend Polar Air and Memo, the service manager, because installing new system is a big investment, and you want the best out of it. Than you, Memo!

This company is wonderful!! Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down! Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully! I would definitely recommend this
