After obtaining over 10 estimates from different HVAC companies/installers for a Ductless Mini Split system, 12/22/25, contact was made with Polar Bear Air from an internet advertment. Phone call was made and a call was promptly returned. A home visit was made, estimate received from owner with follow up installer POC named Kenny a family member. Approximate 2 weeks with numerous TEXT messages with no response/reply, it was learned that Polar Bear Air does not have text messages capability, POC phone messages are to a office/home land line POC calls forwarded to a private phone in which call are returned. I highly recommend Polar Bear Air for HVAC based on their installation of my heat pump system. The business owner recommended a great system at a price lower than bids from competitors. Polar Bear’s installation package included components and services that competitors would not provide. Polar Bear Air’s installation team was prompt, friendly and performed a clean installation. Polar Bear also processed PSEG’s rebate, deducting it from the cost of the installation. PSEG inspected and approved the installation, giving me confidence in the system and in my choice of vendor.
