Polar Bear Cooling & Heating

Our heater stopped working since it’s been so cold this week. We won’t use anyone else except Polar Bear air because they competent, fair priced, and fast service calls. There have been a few different people come out in the last few years and they are all excellent. It took several companies to find the right one and so happy we did. Also we used Polar for new complete duct installation which I left a separate review for a few years ago. Today Alex was confident and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose and explain the problem and solution. In addition he sent in the information to check for warranty coverage which is so helpful. It’s reassuring to know what is going on and what’s needed to fix it. Outstanding service and much appreciated.
