While they came out gave a great price for a complete system a good product and they did a great install with everything brand new so i'm exstreamly glad to have it done and very happy with there professionalism and there respect while putting it in ya to polar heating your in good hand with these guys

We connected with Polar thanks to my sister, who also just had her HVAC system replaced. Mico responded immediately to my texts and spent a lot of time with both the initial inspection/assessment and then a follow up Zoom call to talk through the estimates and walk through options. The pricing and products were quite impressive. Scheduling was very smooth. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and communicated throughout the installation. We are also very impressed by the 10 year parts and labor warranties, which no other place was offering, and the 1-year satisfaction guarantee. He was so thorough in checking the house to make the necessary calculations to determine the correct size for the unit. They were able to get us quickly scheduled and came out to the installation at the appointed time. Cesar was punctual and respectful. He took the time to understand our situation and explained what kind of furnace would best fit our home and why.
