Poler Construction

We were very pleased with Poler. Mike (the owner) was prompt about meeting with us and providing an estimate. Throughout the planning stages and while work was being done he was accessible, responsive, and frank about his recommendations. Joseph and Stan, who did most of the work, were courteous, careful, and efficient. There were a couple of minor details that got missed but when we pointed them out Mike responded right away and sent someone to fix them in a timely fashion. We will gladly contact Poler if we need contracting work done in the future.

Got an estimate called to clarify from estimator what will be done yet when the time came potty didn’t get installed. Was told it’s not specifically noted in contract even though it was confirmed by the estimator. The charge for working on such a tiny area was significant enough to think they will make it hassle free but no ..they left the headache for me to deal with. And demanded more money to complete the job that should have been done in the first place.
