Samantha came to my apartment to clean my place for a move out and did such an incredible job! She was on time, very fast, and cleaned everything amazingly. I also really appreciated how helpful she was (I was a little stressed with moving out) with putting the things I forgot to pack in one area so that I wouldn't forget them. I highly recommend using Polished Home and will use them going forward for additional services!

I love Samantha! After trying way too many different cleaners and house keepers, I came across Polished Home and decided to give them a try. We started with a deep clean then a regular and were so happy with them we signed up for recurring cleanings. As someone who enjoys cleaning and is more than a little OCD, I can tell you Samantha works super hard and doesn’t miss a thing. All of the things everyone else always missed were the first things she noticed when she walked in. Pricing is more than fair, she’s very sweet and the dogs like her. So grateful to have found Polished Home.

I’m very picky when it comes to house cleaners, and I’m happy I found John! They also recently did a deep cleaning of our windows, and I’m amazed with how good they look. It made a huge difference. Cleaned our home for almost 2 years. Recommended her to a bunch of neighbors who started using her, then completely ghosted us. Didn’t show up on normal clean day. Completely unresponsive to attempts to contact her. Found out from neighbors that she is still cleaning for them. Beyond unprofessional. Ended up hiring a wonderful Hispanic woman who does more in the house in a shorter period of to time for the same amount $. If you are looking for someone reliable and dependable, don’t choose Polished.

Samantha was an extremely hard worker and I appreciated her attention to detail. She didn’t leave a room until it was done to her satisfaction. She got the stainless steel appliances cleaner and free of fingerprints for the first time in ages, and the glass shower walls were spotless. I highly recommend this service.
