Polk contracting did an incredible job. I called them regarding some damage to my siding, it was late in the day but called me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jeff came out later that day. 2 days later they completed the work. They were very thorough in cleaning everything up, scrubbing down & pressure washing the siding being mindful to make it blend in with existing siding. It really turned out great & it was done very fast. If I need any contracting work done I will be calling Polk, having worked in customer service for years the goal is always to set a proper expectation. Polk exceeded the expectation they set. I highly recommend them!

Jack and his crew did a fantastic job first making repairs to my roof, but then I opted to have the entire roof replaced since it was 20 years old and I was able to credit the cost of the repairs towards the roof. I am going to be doing some renovations inside the home, and now I feel secure knowing I won't have any more leaks or problems coming from the roof which could damage our remodeling. The team was out here and had the entire project done so fast. And they cleaned everything up so well, you would never know they had been here. I didn't have to worry about nails on the ground, they got them all!

Polk contracting is an excellent company. These guys were the only ones who could find and repair a leak in the ceiling of my bay window. I had been dealing with the problem for a while and had several other companies try to diagnose and fix it without success. If I have any work in the future I will definitely call Polk Contracting.

Polk Contracting did an awesome job replacing our very old roof. Jack was thorough and honest from estimate to job completion. The roofers worked diligently to remove the old layers, install the new roof, and clean up when finished. Highly recommend!!!
