Very good experience all around with Poly Enterprises for our new pool fence. Justin was knowledgeable in answering questions and putting together a fair price quote. Install team did a great job making sure everything was dialed in perfectly and looked great. Job site was clean when finished. Attention to detail all around. Dwayne and his team are outstanding! The first time we met Dwayne we were impressed. We told him what we wanted, discussed several options, met him at their showroom to actually look at the materials and talked through what needed to be done and when they could start. From day 1 when the team showed up to dig the footers we were part of the process. They were made aware of location of septic system(s) and they were very, very careful during the footer digging process. Once those were set, the building of the deck proceeded. Dwayne and his team work very hard and are meticulous and precise. They kept us abreast of progress on the day(s) we weren't on location via phone calls, emails and pictures. We’ve used PolyEnterprises for a pool fence at our last house, as well as a pool fence for our current house. Lately we had them put in a fence blocking our hot tub view from the street and it’s great. I went down to the showroom today to pick up a few extra parts and Wayne threw them in. They do great work and they have great people, I’d definitely recommend!

The workers did a great job installing the fence and they did it in a matter of 2 days so it was very quick. The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because my backyard was left destroyed in large areas, very muddy and tractor tracks all around, and the workers did not even try to fix what they destroyed with their equipment. You can see in the photos where I try to lay down some top soil. I called later that day when the job was complete and received a return call the next day by the estimator. He advised me that I should have brought this issue up to the workers who installed the fence if I wasn’t happy with how they left the yard. Recently had our old rotting deck replaced by these guys. Communication was great. We emailed back and forth about my choices and design decisions. I was able to send them pictures of what I wanted or was looking for. They were flexible with the timeline. We wanted to wait a few months until we gathered the funds for the project, once we found out how much it was going to cost. They had no problem with that. We were given a date, they showed up on a Thursday to remove the old deck and to install the cement footers, so they could cure for a few days. The guys hauled away the debris and then were at the house first thing Monday morning to get started on the build. It took a week to build the whole 24x12 foot deck. We did reduce the size from 32x12, but it’s still plenty big enough. We are ve
