Ponce City Market Car Park

Laz you tried it! Received a reverse car fine of $30 which is not clearly stated on their signage. Walk through the parking lot and see over 20 vehicles reverse parked without any tickets. Our vehicle is the only one with a ticket, we will not be paying the ticket!!!! Send it to collections you ain’t getting my money. This is all after spending over $500 at Ponce. Ridiculous

I had a good time at Ponce City Market with my daughter and brother-in-law, but unfortunately, our visit ended on a sour note due to a parking violation. Be warned: you’re not allowed to park in reverse here. I parked in the lower level garage, which is dimly lit, and after returning from our evening, I found a citation on my car for reverse parking. I checked around for signs, and yes, they do have them, but the lettering is small, and the low lighting makes them easy to miss. To make matters worse, when I looked around, I noticed dozens and dozens of other cars with the same violation throughout the garage. Reverse parking not allowed and you will be cited. It's stated on the website if paying online but can be easily overseen. I don't recall any obvious physical signage at the parking garage that says reverse parking is not allowed and I have reverse parked here many times in the past with no issue.

I had a good time at the Ponce City Market but end the day with a sour note due to Citation parking notice from parking garage. They block a lot of the parking spaces on the street just to lead people to park in the parking garage and then they keep giving Citation tickets even when people pay for their parking. I am not coming back to this place.

I parked at Laz Parking ground floor for three hours and received a $30 ticket for reverse parking. I also noticed many other cars with red envelope citations. This seems to be a rule that most people are unaware of, and it appears that Laz Parking is using it to subtly scam people for profit. This is unacceptable and a warning is fine and feels like a scam. The company owners should be held accountable. It's simply not fair.
