I got pond and lakes info from aquatic home and garden when I called to inquire about a patch kit. I called and Dave came out same day. Drained my koi pond, found the tear in my liner and repaired it. He had everything on his truck to do the job and I was super impressed!! Great guy!!! Price was more than fair also.

My experience with Pond and Lake Co began on a positive note, as they came to our rescue when our pond's aerator malfunctioned, saving our fish. They came out the same day & I was impressed with the professionalism & service we received. However, as our discussions progressed towards a larger project involving fountains and multiple aerators, communication abruptly stopped. Despite my efforts to obtain updates on product availability for the larger project, my follow-up emails and text messages have gone unanswered for several months.
