We needed to have our liner replaced. It was a mess! Denny and his crew came out and had everything back up and running in less than a day. Clean up was outstanding and you'd never know that they were here. I can't believe that we didn't do it sooner.

I would rate them a 0 if can. We saved for 2 years to put in our pond that cost 18k. Within 7 months half our pond liner started floating. Called the company and was told that it happens sometimes. They will come out and take a look at it for an additional charge. So now it is going to cost us thousands of more money or not be able to use the pond anymore 😢😢😢

Just had a new pond and waterfall installed in my backyard. I love it! It’s so peaceful and tranquil. I’m already enjoying it. Denny did an amazing job coming up with the design, all in his head. It looks natural, blends in with the landscape and everything was done to quality. Thanks so much again

I recently had an issue with a leak in our Water Feature and contacted Pond Wiser located in N Canton. The company owner (Dennis) stopped out and explained what he thought our problem was and what was needed to correct it. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable and most of all a man of his word. The repairs were completed and Dennis even corrected mistakes that the original installation company made. Everything works perfectly now and actually better than ever. I highly recommend this company if you need any work done on your Pond, Water Feature or Water Scape etc.

Pond Wiser has assisted me with my pond for over a year now. They are extremely knowledgeable and are very reliable. In addition, they provide us with lawn service and do a great job cutting and trimming our yard. They are extremely reliable and do excellent work on a consistent basis.
