We all know sometimes things break at unexpected times. Well that happened with our 12’ garage door. I called 4 different garage door companies for estimates and Ponderosa Garage Doors responded immediately! Even with it being later in the day Ken Fielding showed up the same day I called for help. We came to an agreement and ordered our door that day. Ponderosa had great communication throughout the process, we had a great install team and our new door works flawlessly. Really professional company from start to finish. The quote was great, service was easy and quick, beautiful door, very friendly, and the installation was perfect. We had a garage door installed for a house we remodeled and I will be calling them again for my new garage at my own house. I also love that they service all the way out to Columbia county, Oregon and don’t charge extra. Would definitely recommend this company, ten stars.

Mike and Sebi were the best. Quick, efficient, yet super detail oriented making sure it was perfect before heading out. Took the time to install a high quality product in a high quality manner at a great price. Left the place spotless before leaving. I was very nervous about the tricky install but they made it seem easy.
