They provided me with honest recommendations without trying to push unnecessary sales or extra costs. I was especially impressed with Coleman and Daniel, who repaired my fountain. They are exceptional and a real asset to the company.

In celebration of Earth Day 2022, we invited Pond Medics to come to our local Elementary school to help teach students about pond health and ecosystems. Being in a community with multiple ponds, where many students partake in catch and release activities on the weekend, inviting Pond Medics to visit our school was a natural fit. Sonja and her team did an amazing job designing a half-day program that included four learning stations for the students to actively engage with: 1) Fish Identification, 2) Living Mud, 3) Touch-a-Truck, and 4) Food Webs. Our young learners (and teachers) had a great time! The kids loved the interactions with the Pond Medics staff and learned a lot. A big draw was the Touch-a-Truck! I would give Shawn 10 stars! He was so great to work with. From my initial call to getting me a bid very timely, and answering so many questions our HOA had. But the Best part is the Fountain is Perfect!! It is the perfect size and location for our space. Sitting outside last night looking at the spray and lighting made me so happy!! Thank you Shawn and your team for A Fantastic Job!!
