Ponds Inc. Was amazing to work with. They are not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. Jason was extremely responsive and I felt I could trust him every step of the way. Their work is second to none. They built a pond and installed pavers for us. I can't believe this is our back yard. ITS AMAZING. Francisco and the other paver installer did amazing work with attention to detail. The pond work was crazy! They took the time to place each stone masterfully. Jason, Bob and their team knocked this project out of the park. We are finishing planting plants in spring I will update pictures then. Thanks again and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PONDS INC OF ILLINIOS!

I don't do Google Reviews, but I want to communicate to potential other customers how unbelievably happy and impressed my family is with the work that Ponds-Inc did for us. They came out to revamp a small, existing pond we had, and the work the team did at our house was incredible. The professionalism, the integrity, and the quality of the work was off the charts. Worked with Jeff to get appointment set up. He knew exactly what issue I was having with my pond based on our discussion and photos. Matt and Nick were on time and knowledgeable. Cost was a little less than quoted over the phone as the scope of work was not as time consuming, which I appreciated very much. Pond is up and running perfectly now! As a Pond industry professional myself, Jason and the crew with Ponds Inc do great work! In the field, we have always worked very well together. I especially like that he shares my passion for making the fine details count and ultimately doing the job right the first time. I’ve used Ponds Inc for a few years and if you are just looking for basic shutdown and startup they are fine. Last year I asked several time for a quote to add some koi and add plants around my pond and was repeatedly told by the office Jason was working on it. Nothing came. This season I thought I give them a chance again. I had a late start up so I started the pumps to at least get some circulation going. Three weeks later was my start up. Within 24hrs the pond dropped 8” of water. I called the office and they let me know Jason would reach out to me. When he called the first thing he said was it was nothing they did. I let him know the pond ran for 3 weeks with no water drain. He insisted it was not them. They did come out after a while to run tests, concluding it was not the
