I moved into my house 17 years ago and there was a Koi pond with Koi. I didn't have any experience with fish as I had 2 dogs and 3 children but my family all loved the pond. 17 years later and my children have all moved out and my dogs have passed but my Grandchildren now share my love for the Koi pond and PondWorks has taken excellent care of the Pond for the past 10 years. This winter, the liner leaked and in January, Pondworks came out and replaced and rebuilt the pond saving my fish. I may not have built the pond but it has a permanent place in my heart and Pondworks professionalism and knowledge has as well. They have earned my trust and respect and I would highly recommend them.

I am thrilled with the rehab of my pond. I wanted it larger and with a waterfall; the crew did a great job of giving me exactly what l wanted. While l was flexible on timing, they worked hard at meeting my schedule around my travels. They took care to avoid damage to the lawn from heavy equipment and cleaned up after themselves. All personnel on site were courteous and friendly as well as professional. The office staff was patient with all my questions and made sure to get me answers. I would highly recommend this company.

8 years ago Pondworks built a 10,000 gallon pond for me, designed by Mark Eberhardt, and have kept it running properly without a hitch. Getting everything running in early April, monthly maintenance and closing down the pond in late October. Both Tyler and Steven know every detail of its works and my koi, the wet pets, are very happy fish. I highly recommend Pondworks if you have a pond for maintenance. And if you are thinking of getting a pond, you will not be disappointed with the end result and your fish will thank you too!

Tyler is hands down in the top 5 all time best tech of any trade I have had here in the 40+ years of handling operations at Roy Lomas Carpets. That's hundreds of people and dozens of trades. I usually don't leave reviews, but just had to say, he is a pleasure to deal with. knowledgeable, explains in detail all he is doing! Customer service all around is great at PW. Communication is excellent, email, accounting, etc. Tyler is the face of PW to me, I see him the most, and I know our ancient spaghetti lines of a fountain system is in the best hands with PW and Tyler. Kudos to him and all at PW.
