Anthony arrived exactly at the time agreed upon with only a one hour window. Not 1/2 a day like some companies do. He also explained ways for me to keep my septic system running smoothly. Which will make it last longer and saves me money in the long run. I'm very satisfied!

I called around 10:30 this morning to schedule a pumping, got a voice message. Left my info and within 5 min got a call back. The person identified himself as Anthony, Told him I wasn’t having a problem but it was time. . He said he would be by around 12:30 / 1 pm. I asked if he would call me as I need to let my dogs in. Around 12:00 I got a call stating he was down the road and would be here in 5 min. Anthony was very personable and answered all my questions regarding my tank and the process as it was completely different from CA. . Anthony. made some recommendations to kept our tank from having any future issues. I definitely recommend Pony Express Septic Pumping / Anthony and his price was very reasonable . I will take his advice and get our tank pumped once a year .
