My experience overall was great here. I felt welcomed. The employees are helpful & knowledgeable. All their prices are reasonable. My new go to pool store.

Top Notch Customer Service! We got alot of snow and ice so no one had salt. Called on a Saturday @ 12:45pm and asked if they had salt. The gentleman told me yes but he was about to close. He waited for me to get there and it was like $12 for 40lbs of salt. Where others jacked up the prices for the salt. He did not and even carried all 4 bags I purchased to my truck… Thank you sir. sorry I did not catch his name.

Had our pool installed by Pool City LLC. When deciding to go with Pool City as our installer it was a no brainer. We weren’t pushed to purchase unnecessary items or equipment. We were very impressed with the honesty. Sergio and all the workers are very pleasant. Jennifer and/or Theresa always kept us informed the entire time. Thank you! Mark is very professional and explained everything about the new pool system to us multiple times without being frustrated!thank you! We are so happy with our pool. Thank you!

Sergio installed our pool and I must say we were happy from start to finish. He exceeded our expectations. The design and layout was perfect for our back yard. We had trouble with the township permits and Jennifer took care of any problem we had which expedited the permit approvals. We love our new pool and back yard. Thank you Pool City!

Sergio and his team did a great job installing our inground pool. He delivered everything as promised, very honorable company. Glenn at the store is very knowledgeable, happy to have him as a resource on how to care for our pool. I recommend using this company.
