For the past twenty years, I've been nothing short of amazed at the level of personal service I consistently receive from Pool Covers Inc. From the day I made my initial purchase from Zach, every encounter since has made me feel like I'm the most important priority your team is working on. Most recently, I called to schedule a service call to repair a broken pull rope. Amy handled my call with efficiency and care, and within just a couple of days, Alex was on-site, working incredibly hard to complete the repair. Not only did he get the job done, but he went above and beyond to over-engineer a lasting solution—true problem solving at its best! You’d think the way Pool Covers Inc. employees treat their customers and approach their work that they were employee-owners. Oh wait... they are! I

If I could give negative stars, I would. Pool Covers Incorporated is an absolute joke of a company. After waiting weeks for an appointment, they finally showed up in February while I was at work. They left a voicemail from a blocked number quoting $1,800 for a new motor—then ghosted me. No follow-up. No scheduling. Just silence… until a $220 bill randomly showed up two months later for their “diagnosis.” Fast forward: after chasing ME for money, they finally agree to do the work—on the only day I’m out of town on vacation. I reluctantly allow it, with very clear instructions: fix the damn thing completely and leave it looking clean and safe. I come home to a mess. They left the new key switch box with four inches of exposed wire hanging a few feet from the pool. Parts box left out. Screw

Avoid at costs. My 2 year old pool cover cost thousands and has been stuck shut all summer with 3 separate failures with every piece of the equipment failing and they take close to a month to get an appointment for repairs. They offer a very nominal warranty and they are wildly expensive and slow with repairs.

While attentive to responding to our requests for repairs, they are out here a lot. We put the pool (and pool cover) in ~ 6 years ago. They’ve had to come to my house ~9 times in that time frame to repair things. Again, while attentive, not sure if it’s their work product or the hardware they’re selling us but it’s been unreliable, ie, hottest weekend of the year and the pool cover won’t open…again.

The technician removed the old cover, cleaned under the equipment, and installed a nice looking new cover. Within one week of installation noticing higher pool temperature and much less water loss
