I hired Joe and the Poolfection team to replace the liner on my inground pool, and their reputation and decades of experience really show. No games — just honest, professional service from start to finish. They know the industry inside and out and have strong relationships with all the major suppliers. They were even able to identify who made my irregular-shaped liner and pull the age, exact color, and measurements while onsite to prepare the new estimate. They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the liner replacement flawlessly, and even swapped out my pool light bulbs while they were here. They’re easy to work with, always pleasant, very fairly priced, and incredibly responsive if you have questions. I highly recommend them.

Poolfection did an amazing job on our inground pool. The owner joe and his team were fantastic. Every step of the way from determining size , stairs accents etc, joe gives insight to everything with NO PRESSURE. The pool itself is built first class, all thick concrete. As far as price he blew everyone else away. Having a pool done is a big job, tons of ground to dig and clear. Not only did they treat my property like it was their own but joe himself dug the pool and used the left over dirt to grade my property . I can’t say enough about how easy the process was . Finished in 3 weeks for a 16x38 pool. Another thing to mention is the fantastic sheer descents he recommended that make the pool look fantastic. I did a lot of research in preparation for this project and received estimates from about 10 different companies. I ultimately chose Poolfection because it’s an established company with a physical location and 35 years of experience based in Hauppauge. From the very beginning, Joe, the owner, went over every detail of the project with me. He provided a detailed breakdown, and I found the quoted price to be more than fair. The entire Poolfection team did an amazing job, and everyone was friendly and professional. Joe was incredibly responsive, accommodating any additions I wanted, such as an extra section of patio at the end of the project. The team worked quickly to make it happen.

We had a liner replacement. These guys are the best. We needed our skimmers replaced too. They removed pavers to do the skimmers. When they were done they replaced the pavers as if they were never removed. I can’t say enough about Joe and his company. I highly recommend them.
