Mike and his team are top notch. I met with Mike to discuss options for an inground pool in February. I told him that I wanted to be able to swim on May 1st. He assured me that was possible He explained the process and told me what to expect each step of the way. Everything went perfect. They were on time (even early) each time he told me they would be here to work. The guys were very professional and diligent about every detail from start to finish. To say I am pleased with my pool and the great service I received from Mike and his crew would be an understatement. I highly recommend Pool Pro. I only wish I would have called him two years ago.

I had rebuilt my pool pump, and it was good for 24 hours but unfortunately developed a leak. Pro pool guys were on the scene in 48 hours and quickly diagnosed an incorrect seal was supplied with my pump kit. they sourced the correct seal , replaced faulty seal - everything back together 2 hours, all good no leaks. Their techs were very friendly professional - no complaints !

Thanks for your customer earlier this year! I'm in need of a spa / hot tub repair person. Two of my boards burned.

Pool Pro is AWESOME! I’ve reviewed these guys 7 years ago when they first installed my pool and I feel the need to update as a long term customer. Mike, Brooke, and the rest of the family are running an incredibly reputable business. They always greet me like family when I go to their shop for free water testing and they accurately recommend the appropriate solutions to each of my chemistry related needs to maintain the perfect summertime oasis they’ve created for me. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They never try to upsell any products and they’re always willing and able to come over to help at my pool whenever the need arises. In short, these people are fantastic and I recommend them to any pool owner or future pool owner. 5 stars indeed.

I was impressed with the owner and his product knowledge, and even the care and attention that would be given even after the purchase. Although we are not able at this time to buy a pool at this time, I felt that if there was a company to buy from, this would be the place. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, or a price he didn't know of every detail. He would even drive to our house and tell us where would be a good spot to place the pool. There was no pressure or guilt to buy a pool. Everything was straightforward. I would recommend this place for buying an above pool, or for under ground pool. Or if you are thinking about one and want to learn about price and maintenance and how to prepare for one, this company I feel is trustworthy.
