Pool Services-John Castleman

On 6/1/20 I called Andrew Castleman to discuss putting in an in-ground pool. His mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. So I emailed him on 6/4/2020. It wasn’t until 6/8/2020 that I received an email from Tyler Castleman stating he wanted to set up an appointment to discuss installing a pool. He set up an appointment for Thursday, June 11 between 10-11am. The afternoon before the appointment (6/20/20 at 2:33 pm), I sent him an mail with a list of items I was considering for the pool. On 6/11/20, 11 am came and went but no Tyler Castleman showed up. At 11:40 am I called and left a message, asking where he was and also sent an email. I never heard back from him or anyone else from Castle Pools. Why would I EVER considering hiring a company to install a pool when they don’t have
