Called them a little over a month ago to come and give me a quote on getting my green pool back to normal. Never heard back from them after reaching out about the quote. Heather did come out and look at it but never got a quote. Ended up figuring out how to get the pool blue again on my own. But could not seem to get it clear. Thought I would try again and contacted them again a month later to see if they could at least help me get the pool clear since I was struggling. No response whatsoever. A call back would have been nice. Probably would have hired them to maintain the maintenance on the pool but I can’t even get them to respond.
The crew with Pool Sharks is great! They take really great care of my pool and I trust them with all of my pool needs.
