Update: Robert gave me my pump back, although no longer in working condition. It did work prior to him trying to fix it, although it was likely on it's last leg. While Robert is a very nice man, his lack of responsiveness would make me not use him again. Robert came to my home to service a leaking pump motor. He took the pump off to troubleshoot it and told me he needed to take the motor with him to work on it. It's been two weeks and he has not responded to any of my calls or texts. PLEASE GIVE ME MY PUMP BACK ROBERT!!!!
Robert from Pool Tech has been extremely prompt & professional. He is very knowledgeable reference everything dealing with pools. We can not say enough about how impressed we are at how quickly he responded to our pool needs. We have own pools for the last 30 yrs and Robert at Pool Tech is hands down the most reliable, knowledgeable, and Professional pool service company we have had the pleasure of working with. We will absolutely recommend this company to all our friends & family.
