Brandon and Pool Troopers do a great job with our pool! We were struggling with another company that couldn’t get the chemicals right which left it green and very cloudy. They were able to come in and get it clear within a week. Since then they have been doing an awesome job. Photos from before and after. Thanks!

Edit: Richard (Ricky) has been maintaining our pool for the past year and he remains professional, friendly and always on time. If I have a question, Ricky always has time to explain the answer. Also, manager Victor has always been available when issues arise during hurricanes or holidays. We couldn't be happier with the service that we continue to enjoy with Ricky and Victor @ Pool Troopers. We’ve been a customer since May 2025 and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely inconsistent. Initially, Victor provided excellent service—our pool was clear, clean, and refreshing. We later learned that Victor was a supervisor from another area, filling in for the supervisor in our area who was on vacation. We then learned that Carlos would be handling our weekly service. Since then, the quality has been mixed at best. Carlos initially struggled to maintain the pool. The filter was not being cleaned weekly, and yellow algae frequently reappeared. We contacted Victor, who treated the pool again and restored its clarity. That improvement was short-lived.
