Sara is very responsive to my pool service needs and communicates the service she provides. She did an excellent job following up on a Pentair pump warranty, completing the service and keeping me informed.

Wil is a great Technician. Very helpful and good at what he does. I am glad he is taking care of my pool.

Very poor service . Their technician don’t know anything about the pool. Poor communication . My new technician which they charge very often put a lot cya granules in my pool pump basket instead of the skimmer basket . Which should never be done because of blocking and damaging the pump and impeller . He doesn’t know the difference between the two basket . I am done with them and discontinuing their service . I just paid $2500 for new pump .after I told them to stop the service they denied to give me the refund for the half of the month service .

Great service and extremely professional. We appreciate the hard work getting our swim trainer up and operational.

Have been using Pool Troopers for years and they frequently raise prices and do not honor their equipment warranty, I wouldn't advise anyone use this company, they are only out to make money and not care for the customers. The Actual pool guy is the only positive aspect as he does a good job but company wise, not a winner...
