We bought a DIY pool from Gino at Pool World. Our pool came in a little later than expected due to supply chain issues, but we were told exactly what to except when we signed the contract for the pool. Gino and his team delivered our pool on June 21st and the installation was exactly as described. We are so incredibly pleased with how our pool turned out. I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting a pool. Price and expertise were amazing.

Debbie was awesome. Prices are exact with no hidden fees. Everything is priced out exactly so you can decide what to add to get ur dream pool. Owner is also honest & trustworthy. We are so happy we chose them! We are scheduled for summer installation!! We can't wait. Thank you world pool!!!

We got our pool built in 2019. Everything was delivered as promised and even ahead of time. Price was the best around our area . Guys have been working hard;quick and sufficient. It is not a landscape company so they will excavate and will put the pool in. They will subcontract a concrete guy. But it is about it Anticipate some cleanup after. Also, it might sound like concrete is included, however, it is not you will have to pay it in addition. But still, the price is hard to beat Not without some bumps on the road, however, I don’t know any project without bumps so I would omit them. The bottom line it is our third year of using the pool. The Pool has been great. Equipment is working. And we still maintain contact if issues arise and so far get a good response. Highly recommend

Great buying experience with Debbie, however… No manual or booklet enclosed to put the pool together, given less product then manufacturer required… then was told by a man that ‘they do pools for a living, my husband doesn’t’! They might sell the pools but, DO NOT install them. If you want to be talked down to a treated like an idiot, feel free. Oh and was charged too for the ‘extra’ required products! Not customer friendly, do not recommend and overpriced!

They did a great job at installing our fiberglass pool and explaining everything to us. Franks concrete did the concrete work afterwards and did a great job. Leroy communicated with us through the whole process and answered any questions we had in detail.
