Customer service is still alive at this store. Thank you to the owner, and his employees. The Biogaurd pool tablets work great. We also purchased a battery operated pool vacuum and long handle. In addition we purchaseda white hose for when we backwash the filter. The vacuum works great. Our next purchase will be a battery powered robot pool cleaner.

This was the first hot tub shop we went to and once we went in and saw everything and had Mike Rust show us around we decided we didn’t need to see more shops. Mike was so informative and helpful with us finding our first hot tub and we couldn’t be happier! Everything from showing us everything in the shop to a smooth delivery and now knowing the care of the hot tub has been excellent service!

Was lost and looking for directions, popped into this place and found Lance. Super friendly guy who helped me select the perfect swim spa cover and opening system. Well organized store, tidy, and great selection. These guys know spa!

Totally helped me out with everything I needed for my pool! They tare super knowledgeable and because of it my pool looks fabulous. They will sample your water and tell you exactly what you need for free!

I reached out about having my pool opened and closed ~ I received a message that my POOL wasn’t up to his or their standards! I was appalled ~ I guess if they didn’t build your pool or provide you with expensive equipment then they could care less about helping you. I didn’t build this pool nor did I know the history of the pool since it was winter when I bought the house & the seller’s didn’t live here so we never met. The pool had been neglected by previous owners, but only a person who knows about pools would know that. The guy wasn’t kind at all, not in any way whatsoever !!! Go elsewhere…
