The installer kept sending me photos because I was at work to make sure it was up to my expectations. The outcome was exactly what I hoped for. I'd recommend this company to anyone! I've had a fence and door installed (DIY) for nearly 4 years and not only is it as strong as day one, its also looking brand new! This is especially impressive that the black hasn't faded at all in the Arizona sun! To add, this company also has top notch customer service and support!

Since our yard is small and mostly pool, we used it to divide the patio and playset from the pool itself. Works great and now we have peace of mind for the 2 year old. Thanks Pool Fence DIY!

Much harder to install than planned. And really a pain to take down. The customer service I’ve been super frustrated with…sometimes they’ll answer right away and other times ignore me for days. We’re past the point of any refund ability even though the fence simply isn’t working out for our yard, even after hiring help for install. I wish they would improve their product so it lives up to the advertisements. I wish more that they would help compensate us for the huge financial risk we took!!!
