He was patient, attentive, and extremely accommodating as we made constant tweaks to the design to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. He never made us feel rushed and genuinely wanted us to end up with the perfect pool. His professionalism and flexibility made the design process enjoyable. We chose the New Smyrna office, they also have a Lake Mary office. Marc helped us design the pool, for our complicated and limited space. From the layout, tiles, pavers, grout, and all the finishing touches. He was great. Pools by Bradley created more than a pool. We have an oasis that is our perfect dream. Looking at what we started with to the finished product is an amazing feat. The pool structure was very complex and in a tight space. They took care of all the planning, the permits etc. The contractors that partner with PBB from plumbing to gunite to tiling are skilled artists. Thanks to the design team who dreamed up our pool and to the engineering team who made it happen.
