I truly believe we could not have chosen a better team to build our pool than Mark and his guys. They went above and beyond. They certainly encountered a handful of obstacles due to the way our home builder built our home and issues with the way our property was leveled, but Mark had a solution for it all and they updated us in every step of the way. They worked hard and were so friendly, professional, respectful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making our dream a reality.

Couldn’t be happier with the results. The team worked hard all the way to the final day. Mark was easy to work with and produced a quality product. I highly recommend Pools by DC Design for your next pool project. These guys know what they are doing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your money with Mark and this company. We had our pool install finished July of 2022 and have had nothing but problems. Cracks in the concrete pool decking started immediately after pool was complete and of course not under warranty. Then cracks inside the pool started appearing after only 2 months and he put off fixing them for 1yr and 9 months. We also had issues with our coping. Now the backfill surrounding the pool has settled 6-8 inches from improper compaction leaving our pool decking just floating the entire length of the pool. I would post more pics but there are too many to choose from. Using Mark for our pool build was the biggest mistake I ever made, don't do the same!!!!!!

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job building our pool. His work with the city engineers and HOA allowed us to build one in the front yard when we had very little room to build in the back. He was on time and on budget. Not often seen in this day. There were no subs other than the electrical. His crew did it all. I can’t say enough about this process. Thanks Mark
