My Mom died this year (12 year customer) and when we reached out this season they said we were added to a waiting list to open her pool because we didn't respond to their email back in January (It was sent to the deceased). "No exceptions" and "plenty of long time customers" according to Management. If you like that kind of loyalty and service this is your company! I'd rather have my pool closed all season than pay this company another dime of my money.

The house I purchased had a pool/spa installed by this company. I called to set up pool opening. They told me earliest was July. I waited and they never came. I had the pool opened by someone else and found out that Both the spa and pool had tons of issues. I called them about 12 times the first year. Said they were booked, would call me back, would put me on the schedule. All lies ! I got one call back and that was for them to tell me they can’t schedule me. Second year I called them again because I needed information about the pool to order parts , again no answer. I gave them over a year to make it right and I have yet to hear back. This company does not stand by their products and are awful to their customers. DO NOT USE THEM

Absolutely LOVED working with the pools by Richard team, they were very fair and considerate. During building if there were any questions along the way they would gladly answer. Building went well and considerably quickly. If you’re in the market for any type of pool/spa I would ABSOLUTELY recommend working with them!

Deeply unprofessional organization. Scheduled a pool closing-winterization one month in advance, confirmed the appointment a few days out, and the company never shows up. Never calls to provide me with a head's up, just ghosts. When I call to understand the situation, I'm greeted by an unemphatic admin who reluctantly "reschedules" for the very next day. Except they never show up, again, and (surprise) never call. Forget these jokers and go with a real professional group.

Our hot tub hasn't worked for more than a couple months at a time before needing service that hasn't really ever helped. The staff is friendly but really feel we've been sold a lemon.
