Mark and his team renovated and updated our 75 year old in ground pool and did a fantastic job. From start to finish and now in maintenance, they are professional and skilled. Highly recommended!

This place have everything you need for spa/hot tub and pool. Very good prices I get my supplies only here Young and beautiful lady that works at the store is very knowledgeable and intelligent. She helped me a lot with many different disasters I did in past months with my hot tub lol.

I saw on their website that they’re booked out over a year. I sent a message that I was looking to renovate my pool in a couple of years. ‘Mary Jo’ in the office called me and said they are booked out over a year and will not come out to look at my pool. I asked how do I get on their schedule to come out and plan? I was told to call back next year…I called Pools by Murphy in Durham and they are in the same situation, booked out to next year…BUT they are coming out next week to look at my pool so we can plan accordingly. Long story, short…save yourself some time and avoid calling Pools Etc.

Not taking on more work. Don't get your pool from etc or treats. They will leave you without service. What's unfortunate is that etc does not mention that the office staff promised to get back to me. That was three days ago. Leaving me hanging for an additional 3 days. Etc installed this pool liner and does not consider this customer worthy of their attention. Don't get yourself in this position. Try someone else!!!!

They will not answer the phone, I finally pulled in one day that the gate was open and a guy came out and said they were closed. I asked him if they were ever open. Then I asked why haven't they answered the phone since I call and make it a point to call several times in a row when google maps states they are open. He said the owner doesn't answer the phone to numbers she doesn't know. I told him the That must be good for business and he just shrugged it off.
