OUR WALKWAY IS FALLING APART!!! - UPDATE #3 I've sent many emails to the VP of Operations Bryan Critser with photos showing more issues with the concrete walkway, NO RESPONSE! I just found 2 days ago that the shotty repair they did on the railing mounts is starting to break apart (See images) UPDATE AFTER JUST FOUR MONTHS: I went out yesterday to wash all the leaves and debris from the pool walkway, that is when I noticed a chunk of concrete missing. PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING POOLS OF FUN FOR YOUR PROJECT, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. The biggest issue among all the other issues we've experienced is our pool concrete walkway. Pea gravel was used under the concrete, pea gravel does not compact. 4 days after they poured the concrete, It started cracking in various areas (see images).

We just completed our pool and Tom was fantastic in focusing his training on what we need to do over the winter months as we close our pool, as well as give us the option to do the summer training next spring when we open our pool. Could not be happier with the build and results. Thank you! Very happy with the experience!

Terrible Quality they installed a pool for my son with all the bells and whistles after only a few days it was a embarrassing eye sore the step railing installed crooked the concrete around pool started cracking and now big chunks of concrete popping off . They just blew off concern and wouldn’t step up to address concern. They just blew finish on concrete is poor one section is troweled smooth some of the others is rough. Pea gravel used not packed limestone . It’s a mess it’s not what you expect in spending so much and getting the cold shoulder from Pools of Fun. Not much fun few months later

We have many clients who have a Pools of fun pool in their backyard! We love doing our workouts with a beautiful view! Their custom designs are functional for whatever needs your family has! We have been in sessions when the pools of fun crew has been there and they are always professional and respectful!
