Ike took really good care of me when I needed to replace my hot tub cover. I will be getting all my hot tub supplies from him now.

May 28, 2025 - Ike Hykema runs Pools Plus in Holland. I have to tell you I bought my hot tub from Pools Plus during the pandemic before Ike joined. Back then I would have given them a low rating. They were focused on building outdoor big ticket items like pools and had really poor mismanaged Customer Service. That has turned around immensely in Holland. Over the last couple years there has been a dramatic shift with a focus on service and thoroughness for safety and performance to a 5 point star level! Ike is professional, kind, humorous and most importantly a good listener. He meets his customers where they are at. Ike was very helpful and he got us what we needed he knows his products. We were thinking about a cover lift and he showed us three different ones we bought the one that worked for our tub and space. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a hot tub but not quite sure what they want.
