Well sadly pool season is over. I have waited a while to write this review but for reference I purchased an above ground pool from pools plus and had their contractor installed the pool. I also have visited pools plus over the pool season for water analysis and accessories. When the season ended I had the pools plus team close my pool. The purchase and installation process: Pools plus has a great sales team that communicates effectively and is very responsive. Wayne is a very nice guy who came out (whom I believe is the owner) gave us a brief understanding of what to expect for the construction process recommended placement, systems, pool model etc.. We had a very great experience with this company, putting in an ingrown pool liner they were a pleasure to work with on time and delivered what they told us they were going to deliver if I had to recommend I would recommend this company again.
