Dylan and his crew are top notch. My 85 year old father has had an awful time getting his pool functioning after opening for 3 years now. It was a disaster with other companies and very expensive. Dylan came and found the problem, fixed it on a Sunday all day and the pool worked better than ever for the rest of the summer. Then he opened it this May and put the chemicals and got it up and running. It has never been such an easy opening. The pool water is clear as can be after just 2 days. Thank you to Dylan and staff. You made our family very happy.

Pools plus replaced the Lining on my pool, the pool has a ring that goes over the lining to hold the lining in place the ring is off the lining. I called pool plus explained it to them and they have yet to fix it it's been over 3 weeks.I guess once they get their money their customers don't matter.
