This review is long overdue. Had Pools R US build us our amazing pool this past Spring/Summer and it turned out great! We really enjoyed working with Ben, the sales rep, also Luis & his entire crew. We worked with Clay for our pool, they were very competitive and understanding. The process was smooth and communication was on point. I compared receipts against doing an owner build, Pools R Us came in quite reasonable -- it was more, but much more reasonable than other quotes/bids we received from brand name builders. The PRU team and contractors they work with are professional, legit, and stand by their work.
