I'm so lucky to have been recommended Pools123! I had a BIG life change in 2025 that forced me to quickly find a new home. But the thing that helped keep my spirits up was that I would FINALLY get a pool and hot tub! But I didn't know where to start. A client recommended Pools123, and John in particular, and I am so very glad she did! John was professional, courteous, proactive, and communicative at every step in the process. From design ideas, surveying, HOA submission, scheduling, financing, installation, construction, and "pool school" to learn how to use my new pool. Now I have a beautiful awesome pool in my backyard! We had our pool installed in July and have been loving it!! We had such a wonderful experience with Pools123. Jeff was so incredibly patient as we kept going back and forth on which pool to choose, and he was quick to respond anytime we had a question. During construction, the crew was professional and knowledgeable. We ended up going with the Wave 30, which is perfect for kids! My 2 year old loves walking along the bench. We are so incredibly happy with our new pool and look forward to all of the memories we get to create!!

I recently had a fiberglass inground pool installed by Pools 123, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everyone I spoke with from the company was fantastic.
